INDIGO

This programme wasn’t about “losing weight” for me. It was about getting the education and tools I needed to reshape myself as a person.


Renewing my mind by pushing boundaries. Eating on a nutrition plan for 56 days, is no joke! I know some people do way longer but if you tell yourself you can do it? You literally can. 

Ash is a great coach. Thank you for giving me the tools and belief to achieve my goals, BEYOND weight loss.

What a well thought out and organised programme! Plans are catered to suit the individuals needs and lifestyle. The food guide and initial consult form is such a smart way to showcase ideas on a variety of different meals and foods. Throughout the programme not only did Ash consult with us 1:1 but also educated us on different wellbeing topics via our group page. Thank you Ash for listening, understanding and supporting us towards a better and healthier lifestyle. You are blessing who gives and that shines right through your programme/business.

CBA is not just an 8 week challenge. Ash gives you tools and knowledge that will set you up well past the 8 weeks and enable you to continue to smash goals in life. Nachos, chocolate, pizza, pasta, ice cream and loaded wedges - just a few of the things I ate DAILY whilst exceeding the goals I had set out to achieve. Invest in yourself and get on the CBA lifestyle!

 

Now, don't think this is a magic programme. You are the one who puts in the work, Ash just supplies the tools, meal plan and arse kicking to make sure you are on track. She will tell you what's what and she will definitely eye roll at your excuses. She's heard them ALL before.

CBA has changed my life and my relationship with food for good! I will be forever grateful for this journey under the watchful eye of Ash.

TANIERA

I am so happy with where I am right now. The knowledge I’ve gained from this experience with Ash has been amazing. I’ve done multiple challenges before, but have always slipped back into old habits. I haven't been perfect during the 8-weeks but I definitely have a better view on food now, and know it doesn't have to be just chicken and broccoli lol. I can still eat yummy kai and lose weight. CBA is definitely worth the investment, I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat!

BEEJ

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience on CBA and have learnt so much from Ash! I love the fact that I was able to eat food that I enjoyed. This is the first time I’ve done a programme that is realistic and actually tailored to me and not a one size fits all. I also feel confident that Ash has equipped me with good food knowledge to apply moving forward so that it doesn’t just stop at 8 weeks. I am so grateful for Ash & her guidance and how she’s out here empowering women!

My biggest win during CBA was developing a better relationship and understanding for food. I learnt to not base my wins on the scales but rather how I felt, and performed at the gym. During the programme, I hit numerous PB's at the gym, which I am so pleased about. I am now eating food that I love and can still lose or maintain weight. 

 

Cheyenne was an amazing Coach. Supportive and understanding throughout the whole process. She was very approachable and adapted my plan to my needs, with a busy work life, a mum and all my cravings.
