Different from our 8-week programme, these 12 weeks will require you to be extremely focused with your nutrition, training and weekly kms. We expect more from our ladies on this programme but as always, our approach is health and mental wellbeing first!

To participate you will need to commit to...

  • Weekly Team Training Sessions (Sundays)

  • Being part of a smaller team within the wider group

  • 4x Training sessions minimum per week

  • Walking a set amount of kms each week, on top of training

  • End of Challenge Fitness Photoshoot with your team

  • End of Challenge Celebration

  • Professional Before/After Photos

  • Before and After 3D Body Scans

  • 10km Fun Run (Week 9)
