This is a 12-week weights based programme. It's designed to challenge you and help shape your physique. Best suited to women with an intermediate-advanced level of training experience, however there are full demonstrations and alternatives to guide you along the way.

This is a 12-week programme with 3x 4-week blocks

Within each block there are 5x workouts per week (2 Upper/2 Lower/1 Cardio)

Ability to rearrange your workouts to suit your schedule

Suggested alternate exercises if you need to scale back or don't have the required equipment
