At CBA we believe in looking at health and wellness from a holistic point of view. Rather than focusing on nutrition or exercise alone, we look at how each part of your lifestyle is connected and plays a vital role in creating your overall sense of wellness (hauora).

We place a big emphasis on helping you create a balanced lifestyle not just with your nutrition and training but with your habits, your mindset and the way you prioritise things. Although it's important to eat nutritious foods we also understand that fun foods are part of life and therefore encourage an 80:20 approach.

 

Our 1:1 coaching style means we personalise everything based on YOUR needs rather than handing you a cookie cutter plan to follow. We hope that after completing one of our programmes you will walk away feeling empowered and confident in what you've learned to be successful long term.
