About Us
Our sessions are Auckland based and for women only. We offer four group training sessions across the week.

Week day sessions are held in Onehunga and our Sunday sessions are held in Manukau.

As a team of all female coaches we pride ourselves in providing a challenging yet supportive and fun environment where women can come together and connect.

Our Sessions
Cardio
Sessions are designed to increase your fitness capacity. Utilising a mixture of high intensity cardio, strength movements and gymnastics - every session is different! You can expect to use equipment like Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells, Cardio machines and more.

Strength
Sessions follow a structured 4-week block programme, focusing hugely on correct form to build a strong and functional physique. We have an upper / lower body split across the week and you can expect movements such as Squats, Deadlift, Bench, Pull-ups, Push-ups Cleans and more.
